Le studio Kvan x Berthier rénove une auberge de village à Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt (84), dans le Lubéron. Installée dans les hauteurs du village à flanc de colline, cette bâtisse du XVIIIème siècle s’élevant sur 2 étages offre un panorama remarquable sur la vallée et les massifs rocheux caractéristiques de la région.
Bureau de poste, salle de cinéma puis salle de bal, le Saint-Hubert est aujourd’hui un hotêl-restaurant gastronomique, propriété de deux jeunes chefs attachés à la qualité des terroirs découverts au fil de leurs voyages et sensibles aux méthodes de production artisanales et traditionnelles.
Kvan x Berthier renovates a village inn immersed within the hillside of Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt in the Luberon. This 18th-century building on 2 floors offers a remarkable panorama of the valley and the rocky formations characteristic of the region.
Post office, cinema and then ballroom, Le Saint Hubert is today a restaurant and hotel offering a gastronomic experience in a relaxed and timeless environement. The property belongs to two young chefs committed to the quality of the terroirs discovered during their travels and sensitive to traditional and artisanal production methods.
